Spicy Thai Peanut Dressing

 
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup peanut oil
1/4 cup lime juice
3 T. water
2 T. toasted sesame oil
1 T. maple syrup
1 1/2 t. garlic, minced
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
 

In a blender or food processor, place all of the ingredients, and blend until smooth. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups
